Non-receipt of PAN Card

My pan card was sent on 16th Sept through blue dart express ltd. airway bill no.44381095776 and my pan card no. is ASPPR8920D. I was sent an sms message on 07/10/09 informing me to collect my pan card from the office of blue dart office from agartala. on calling to the office, i was told that delivery at the residence was not possible and they asked me to collect it personally. Accordingly, I went to collect the pan card on 10/10/09 as I was out of station, to my utter surprise, I was told it was sent back again. so now where do I run for my pan card? please ensure that customers are not harassed by such action of the couriers that u transact business. thanking you and expecting your kind assistance.
