With reference to several follow ups through calls with my respective Blue Star AC's authorised dealer M/s. All Weather Appliances Agencies, Lucknow (U.P.) & several mails exchanged with their national customer service division, its been around a month & a simple replacement of stablizer has not been processed due to which my AC is kept as if its a showcase and i am unable to use its services.
I never imagined Bluestar India will provide such kind of worst service experience. Being a corporate client and having a strong network pan India, will never recommend any of my colleagues, friends, relatives & anybody to even think of purchasing a single product of Bluestar as its after sales service is extremely pathetic. There is not even any escalation matrix who can provide us the solution on urgent priority. No well defined process to handle complaints at so called call centre as our calls never reach to any call centre executives.
Would like to thanks the Blue Star India management team for creating such a brilliant product along with perfectly designed complaint mechanism which will help fellow customers to just keep its product in their bedroom without using required services.
