No after sale service

I have registered complain (Complain No 16803) for my Windows AC on 10th June. I made many calls too Bluestar call center. After making many calls regularly, Technician viited my home on 25th June. He checked AC and said the compressor is faulty and will have to be replaced. My comressor is under warranty. He also promised that by 27th June he will replace the comressor. He also took 500 Rs as service charges from me. As of date (4th June) there is no news from Bluestar company and I have spent almost one month of high tempreture summers without AC.

It is really humiliating for me to call there call center again and again without any response.
