I have a milk dairy below my residential flat. The property that has been purchased by the dairy is for "commercial use" only. However, the owner has several machines and equipments which emit a lot of smoke and vibrations in the building. They have also resulted in my flat floor being heated up.
Every morning at about 4:30am-5:00am and late at nights, there is loading and unloading of jars which make heavy noise. Repeated requests to the owner has yeilded no long term benefit. Even the BMC did not do much once complaint. They just diverted the issue.
The water consumption of the dairy is so huge that there is often shortage of water for the residents.
