Sub :- Inter State Transfer of provident fund in account RJ/9284/1516

Sir,

Recently my PF are transferred from Agra (UP) to udaipur (RJ) in RJ/9284/1516

with amount Rs 20, 000/- . But at your end my transferred and Rs 97108/- (MP – UP)

BD NO 3348 dated 01/06 has not been received yet in my current PF account no.

So please arrange to send my transferred amount in my current PF account no (RJ/9284/1516).

Please do the needful and take my request with immediate action.

Note : (1) My Udaipur P.F. Account is RJ/9284/1516

(2) Agra account UP/17943/5482

Attached my transfer from who are issue the Udaipur (Raj) PF office.
