I travel everyday from Brigade Millennium to Maranhalli for which ticket fare is Rs.10. I boarded a bus at around 9:10AM which travels from RBI Layout to Majestic today on 23/02. I had no change so I gave him Rs.100 and the bus conductor was supposed to give me Rs. 90 before I approach my stop. When I reached my stop, the bus conductor said he had no change and he wanted me to get down without taking the change. I told him that he should have informed me earlier that he had no change. Then he started using abusive language and lied that he said he had no change. I somehow managed to give him Rs.10 and took Rs.100 back.
Firstly, the conductor was supposed to write the balance of Rs. 90 which had to be given to me on the back side of the ticket.
Secondly, he was not supposed to use such an abusive language in front of the public that too without any reason.
Thirdly, that conductor should have informed before hand that he had no change.
According to me conductors should be given proper training about how to deal with passengers. They should be taught proper manners and way of communicating as well. If any passenger faces any such problems serious action should be taken against such conductors.
My Ticket no. is NV 253 272650.
The bus registration no. was F2660.
I do not want this conductor to behave like this with any other passenger. I would be very much grateful if any one tells me if there is any other way to teach this conductor a lesson.
