My daughter studying in vijaya college jayanagar 3rd block and residing at SG palya, boarding stop (christ college), has BMTC student concession bus pass where the change over place has been mentioned as wilson garden, since the direct buses are less frequent.
but when she gets a direct bus the conductors are not allowing her with out a ticket since she has mentioned the change over place as wilson garden and they behave rudely towards many students who travel in the same route.
the students are asked to get down the bus in the middle of the road.
