No ticket issue by conducto

I took a BMTC bus from st. Johns to bommanahalli today i.e 7 nov

The bus registration is KA -01 Fa 1455

Time 9.20 at st.johns

The ticket conductor refused to issue me a ticket after gettin Rs5 instead of the actual fare (Rs 7)

When i picked a quarrel with him he issued me a ticket for Rs 9 after getting 2 more rupees.

Finally i had a Rs9 ticket having paid Rs.7

I could notice easily that he was not issuing tickets (after getting money) to many persons.

During my travel of 3 stops the conductor has earned a minimum of Rs100 to his OWN POCKET.

So wat wud be the loss to the government all through the day???

I request BMTC authorities to take actions against such conductors and WE PEOPLE SHOULD MAKE THE CONDUCTORS ISSUE TICKETS AT ANY COST...
