Dear Sir/Madam,
Yesterday 20-05-09 I was traveling in a bus 328 B from Kadugudi to Saigarden. The Bus stop is recently sanctioned. The driver of the bus did not stop at the stop even after my repeated request. More over the bus was stopped near Belthur for the convenience of the driver. He not only stopped at the stop but also behaved very arrogantly. The stop is actually sanctioned as a request stop and all the buses used to stop there. Next stop which is Seagehally is about 15mns walk from Saigarden. It will be really convenient for the commuters if the drivers stop the buses at the stop, not at their convenient places. Please take this complaint seriously because walking on this road is not safe and as a lady it is very difficult for me especially in this weather.
