Post Office Complaints - Delay in postage reaching on time

I stay in Chinchpada Rd., Kalyan East (Pin Code 421306).

From last 6-7 months, it has been observed that the post office of Katemanivali, Kalyan East is not delivering letters on time.

I have received the Examination Call Letter for my JAIIB Examination after the exams were over

When contacted at post office, they said we send everything on time, however date stamps on post clearly suggest else.

There is a delay of minimum 20-25 days, after the despatch of the sender.

I have observed the trend and i think they make only once in a month visit to particular sector and then deliver whatever letters have been accumulated.

This is really not acceptable, as all the telephone bills are received after the due dates have gone and we have to pay the fine for no mistake of ours. Also other important documents are not received on time. Request somebody to take a strict action on this.
