Dear sir/madam,
Recently i bougt a new BMW-3series sedan and its just been 6months only when i noticed that there was a big hump on one of the tyre. As soon i noticed it i sended i my car back to the bmw service station in delhi and notified them with this problem ..i was very surprised to know that BMW being such a big brand doesnt know how to handle there customers problems .. i tried and spoke to the sales person and told him that the car is still under a warranty period and they should replace the tyre ..But he just ignored and said that he cannot do anyhthing as its not their fault but the tyre manufacturer fault ..i just dont understand this that being such a big brand these people just ignore their customers problem..its actaully soo shocking..
i hope you would pass on my complaint and give me a positive response soon..
