We brought 4in1 Audio system (CD player Cassette player Radio Aux) from Mayur Electronics, Nasik, Mh.

From date of purchase it's Radio was not working properly, we continuous follow-up to dealer for the same but no any responce given by Philips Dealer. After one year we gone to Auth service centre i.e. Alphabetics, Collage road, Nasik but at service centre we face very worst experience of service.

Cassette player's Belt was also not available at that service centre. and also for just change belt it will charge min Rs.1000/- which includes Rs.600/- service charges. And for Radio's problem he give estimate for Rs. 2500/- or more.

Finally Philips Service is very very worst.
