Dear Sir / Madam, .

Yesterday i was waiting at PUNJAB WADI Bus Stop (Deonar) for BEST Bus Route no AC 503, Bus No 1365 since 1815 hrs, The bus arrived at 1835 hrs, but to my surprise DRIVER of the bus didn't bother to stop the bus though same being quite empty. The Courtesy of the DRIVER made me wait till other AC bus arrive.

Iam Unable to understand did i commit some mistake by purchasing Monthly DIamond Pass???

I would request the BEST Administration to take stern actions against the Bus Driver so that he don't repeat such mistakes in future.
