Activation of my new no

I had requested for an additional postpaid number but when the concerned person came for verification of the same, i noticed that the number he had come for verification and the number assigned to me were different, the person who had come for verification asked me to write the same on the papers he had brought for verification and the number was never activated, after complaining to customer care they informed me that the number is blocked hence you seek for a different number by applying afresh and claim the security deposit for the old one, in this regard i wrote to the customer care as advised and seeked a new sim, but now neither my new number is activated nor have i been reimbursed the security deposit for the old one. Can i know whether i'll be getting the new number or the security deposit of both the sim's for which i was promised active connection have been eaten up by your company. I had not expected this kind of customer service from your end. Kindly speeden up the process and get the new number activated as well reimburse the security deposit of the deactivated sim
