Respected sir,
The Dharampeth branch have misplaces the cheque of 10k of mine. This is the loan I have taken from ZP nagpur. The branch members now aware that I have a recipt of cheque and either they somehow done some fraud or they deliberately trying to troble us.
They all are together, these guys throw tweeters I myself experianced when I call the branch. They make lewd gestures when my father went to branch for the inquiry of same.
Now they have raised the hand saying we cant do anything only will give certificate that we have lost the cheque.
These happens many times to my father and my whole family in the past as all have account here. I continuosly advised them to remove the accoutn from BOM but now they have awaken and realized.
This is loan cheque and we have failed to pay the fees in time. I am thinking of filing police complaint soon.
But please do something from your side. This is very very serious issue and you should immediately suspend the branch manager.
