BONFIGLIOLI TRANSMISSION P.LTD
NOT RECEIVED THE PF SETTLEMENT AMOUNT

Dear Sir,

My self Asif Equbal Raza, was employee of BONFIGLIOLI TRANSMISSION P.LTD-CHENNAI from Jan to Nov.

During that tenure my PF A/C NO. was TN/48424/170.

Bonfiglioli has submitted the form -19 and Form 10C (EPS) from their side in the end of June at Royapettah office.

I have not received my PF settlement amount and dont have any information that the form is under process.

I understand that now the Royapettah office is shifted to Tambaram.

You are requested to check the matter and update me about the status of my Form.
