I had ordered books on net my order no is MITBC-WEB-01536256 on 18th. December. and had made the payment of Rs.2598/- through my credit card. since then I have been following up with your office and on each occassion I have been told that there was some problem and I would be receiving the same in next 15-20 days but till date (27.07.09) I have not received the same. Kindly send the books or refund the payment at the earliest.
