We did borewell and it got two boulder places i.e. at 30 ft and at 60 ft, our borwell drilling person (contrator) provide 120 fr bore as per our requirement, but on next day we came to tht bolders are clubbed at 30 ft and he has added pipe of 30 ft only instead of 120ft fr extacting water frm it. now suppose, in summer, water table is going down, we will nt be able to extact water. we are asking the driller to clear the bore and remove the bolder and add full length pipe in it, but he is not ready fr it. he say it is prob of land, however he has taken whole amount of service. Who is legalling right, If u knw law regading this plz provide information
