A BPCL petrol pump on express highway from bombay to pune at talegaon. Date 3/8/09 at 9:30pm to 9:45 pm i field the petrol of 200 rupees i gave him 500 rupees i forget take remaining balance. I try to call on there numbers but it just ringing no one is picking up the phone . please help because i am driver otherwise it deduct from my selery which i cant afford my cell no 9325377908
