Dear Sir/Mam,

I am user of your company mobile ph services last three month as a post paid connection my Mb no is 9870787004, i have deposited my last month bill 500 Rs (against the 319 rs bill) by HDFC check in drop box on 15th in mira road shoping center, but up to till time it not show in my account as credit, and my sim disconnected, because of that i can not make contact to my family.

if my sim will not activate today it self, i want withdraw my mb no and i want full and final statement to clear dues.
