Unaccounted deductions

I am a prepaid customer of BPL mobile. Lately I ahve found that they are deducted money from the pre-paid amount without any reasons. I had registered a complaint with their chembur office but find that nothing has improved, There are also a lot of unsolicited calls for which also I have compalined Hope some thing would be done on this
