Dear Madam/Sir,
My Name is Manoranjan. I have purchased a flash light on date: 6th November from MANGALDEEP ELECTRONICS & HOME APPLIANCE, C.T. Street, Marathahalli, Bangalore - 560037 and having the Warranty Cart which will expire on 5th May (six months warranty).
I did not catch the fault of that flashlight while purchasing it. Next day I noticed that after switching on the light and hold for 3-5minutes or more, it starts blinking. I went to the shop and told the owner, this is the problem. After checking he told the warranty is there for 6months, why you are getting worry? Wait for some days and observe if any other problem comes. Next week I again went twice to meet the shop owner, he was not there in shop so did not meet him. Again after 2monts I went to shop owner and mate him. Told about the problem again and he told we can not do any thing, "You have to go to BPL Techno Vision Private limited, 17th KM, Old Madrs Road, Avalahalli, Bangalore" which is written in User Manual. Last week I went to the same address on 27th March and found that it is not a service center its the factory. Also told the same story to their reception person. They suggested me to contact the shop owner or BPL marketing person. Then I contacted "BPL TECHNO VISION Private Limited
BPL Towers, 13, Kasturba Road, Bengalore - 560 001" over telephone and told by them to contact Tel: 9845262296 (Mr. Pradeep). Seems (I'm not sure) Mr. Pradeep is the owner of a service center. He told there is no spare for this particular model, Rechargeable Flash Light (RL-T210), so do not bring it to me. Better to ask the shop owner to replace with a new one or repair it.
I did not find any solution for this and I am feeling every body is playing with me. Please suggest what can be done here
Regards,
Manoranjan Mishra
