Brand Factory / T24 Unpaid Mobile voucher

Hi,

I had been to Brand Factory Abids and did shopping worth Rs 3352.00 on 11/07, I received a voucher for free talktime worth around Rs 234.00 which I submitted at the T24 Unpaid mobile counter in Brand Factory. I gave my T24 Mobile number, which the representative wrote on the slip and said that my mobile will be recharged. Its been 24 hours and I do not see any signs of any recharge been done on my mobile. Either the voucher has been misused by the T24 staff at Brand Factory, or there is no such offer at all. Maybe Future Group is misleading customers.

I do not have time to pursue this with Brand Factory as I am very busy. I want to inform all the customers to be aware of cheats on the premisis of Brand Factory. If you get a voucher for recharge, please make sure you get it recharged before you leave the premisis. I have been cheated and there might have been others who have been through this.

If any one from Brand Factory is reading this, Try to employ some honest staff as your staff at Brand Factory Hyderabad sucks big time.
