Dear Sir,
We have purchased 4 tyres for our indica car MH-12 CK2866 from your dealer M/S Prabhat Tyres, Pune. Within 2-3 months time the front left tyre got punctured and wire thread came out. Pl. note the following:
1. We have not driven the car after the wheel is punctured.
2.We reached at our destination (home) till that time there was sufficient air pressure in the tyre. The road on which we were travelling is good (prabhat road). So it is surprising, when we took it to repair the puncture, it is observed the wire came out. So we request you since hardly 4000-5000 km is only travelled, tyres are brand new. We request you to replace this tyre immediately without any delay.
3.Tyre is lying for inspection with M/S Prabhat Tyres, so pl. do the needful at the earliest possible. The comments passed by your Engr. are not at all acceptable to us since they are not valid coments.
