One of the worst companies in the world . you cann't find a office like this in pakistan, afghanistan even in zimbabwe also... with 14 to 15 hrs perday including trasportation. With weekly of 6 days. Some times we need to even 10 days continuously. with in 10 hrs of shift we hardly get 30 min of break time... No company will give salary hike like this company. Each and every person get hike in their sarlaries from Rs 100 to Rs 150. Which is one of the worst BPOS I have ever seen. You can see the cabs like this company... the capacity of cab 8 but in brigade you the capacity of cab is 12 to 13. we will create a record for arranging the people in one cab. like this it will go minimum of 200 to 300 pages to write about brigade. why some magazines are writing very good about the Brigade. if the magazines are writting about the Brigade means they are decreasing their levels. why some organization gave iso to this company its waste. ask every person individually and personally to know about the brigade. In briade 24 hrs the interviews will be conducted because 24 hrs a day the poeple will left the company... Please dont advise any body to come to brigade. Once they are coming to briagade measn they spoiling their careers. The system will like internet cafes (Sorry the intenet cafe systems are better than this. ) I am ending this because I getting irate to write about this company...
