Marriage posessions in Bright high school (bhandup)

I would like to complain agains Bright high school situated in Bhandup west in Mumbai.

It is in a residential area. THe school lets out its Hall for Marriage purposes. Due to this there is a lot of noise in the near by neighbour hood, late night fire crackers, lighiting, and loud music is a disturbing factor.
