Havent received or able ot claim any free gifts

I have ordered for britannica encyclopedia CD's along with I have been offered free adidas bag and holiday voucher which i havent received till date i have recived britannica CD's four months back. I have claimed by gifts online. I never knew even India Today cheats its loyal customers like this. If you dont have any intention to provide them why do you offer them at all.
