Broad Band 500 home plan
Broad Band deposit amount

I have taken broad band 500 home plan on telephone 0891-2578601. At the time of applying actually I have applied for monthly rental of Rs.50/- for instrument on the basis of payment of Rs.500/- as non-refundable amount.

But to my surprise, an amount of Rs.1000/- has taken as deposit amount vide monthly bill for the month of Jul 08 vide bill no. TO70820083448057Yand the same has been paid vide receipt no.4554612 dated 19 Aug 08.

In view of the above, an amount of Rs.1000/- which has been taken as deposit amount may be adjusted to pmt connection and the amount of Rs.50/- being charged till now may be adjusted in the forthcoming bills and oblize for which we will be grateful to you..
