I have booked 2 return tkt from kanpur (CNB) to New Delhi (NDLS) today thru Tatkal kota early morning at 8:10am today of train Sampark kranti, An amount of Rs.749 made on Kotak Card ending no... 0376 was shown by my banker that the amount being deducted from my a/c but while the payment is being processed an communication faliure notice was displayed & no tkt booked, however the amount was deducted from my CC, when i checked my tkt at booked history no tkt was shown there. So i want to confirm whether, the order of amount being refunded to my bankers has proccessed or not, as mail form irctc has also not recived till now, that this amount is being refunded in 3-4 days, since the tkt was not booked.
Plz take care of d same & if by chance no action was taken yet plz do d needful immediately.
