Dear Sir,
I am regretfully saying that BSNL broadband service is going to hell and a headache for customers. I am a customer of BSNL Broadband 250 scheme. I have link problem from more than a month which no one is taking responsibility to solve. I need to surf everyday as I am a researcher and my work is getting severely affected because of the nonsense delay of concerning officers. When I met officers they always agreed that the particular line is not working but not doing anything other than avoiding my complaint.
I am really frustrated with these type of despairing service of BSNL and not getting any hope that my connection will be revive in future.
