Disconnection of broadband

Dear Sir,

My BSNL Broadband disconnects every 30 mins. As per the status still my net is connected, but actually i can't browse. I have to disconnect and re-connect. Since, my works depends on internet, so i am getting difficult to work. I request you to provide solution for working continously on internet.
