Not working since 6 months

I'm paying for the broadband connection since 6 months and this is what happened:

First there was a link problem ad there was noone to resolve it after so many complaints, lineman came 3-4 times but went back in a typical sarkari manner leaving it to be the problem from office end

After all frustations i stopped paying them and thought something can happen now, but alas the number became out of service and there was none to follow up as to why it has been done

after a month when i was left with no option as airtel and reliance did not have line in the location, i had no choice but to go back to BSNL and deposit all bills for no usage even a sum of around 3000 Rs. even for the period when the phone was dead for 1 month and there was no dialtone as the complaint could not be booked for out of service numbers

finally after 4 rounds to the office and continous follow ups with line man and a bit a bribery line got up and after some days the ADSL link but now... the username and password is told to be invalid and there is noone who can resolve this... please suggest what to do here, mail e on [email protected] if i have some way out... need to be on internet on an urgent basis... is some BSNL employee is listening... i can pay you to bring me out of this black hole
