Oadband combo 500 bill complaint

I received a bill for rs.1124/- today as combo500 fixed charge to 31-8=500, and combo500 fixed charge to 30-9=500, taxes =124, total=1124/-. but i paid the previous months bill for rs.562/- vide bill no.19756563 dated 7-9 at counter no. 619.

kindly verify and correct the issed bill
