I have applied a telephone connection with broad band service with new connection on 3rd April and telephone was installed on 5th April but internet is not installed. Moreover the phone was not working till 20.4.2009. After repeated complaints, now the phone is working after 20.4.2009. They cancelled my booking for internet on 12.4.2009 and kept me in the plan of Rs 250 with 60 calls free. I again booked for internet with Modem on 20.4.2009. Modem is installed, but the internet is not working till. Lineman came 3-4 times, but he is unable to do the same. My phone numbers is 26242578 Despite complained to customercare and in concerned telephone exchange no positive response received. Kindly help me to rectify the deault and ask mtnl to send the bill after sorting the problem.
