Planet m is worst

I'm purchasing my mobile sliding phone of virgin mobile from PLANET M "CHOWK" BRANCH in LUCKNOW and after 25 days my phone loudspicker is not working, than we complant to same outlet than store guys taken my handset at 2nd april and give me a job sheet against the handset, and till 1 may they did not give my set and within one month i was visiting more than 15 times to planetm and every time store guys says you come on afer 2-3 days. and till today i not got my phone back
