Faulty Billing-Safe Custody and Broadband connection Tel No 0124-4080421, Complaint Ref No 8930232, A/C NO 11287672

Sir,

1. I wish to bring to your kind noticethat I applied for safe custody of my TEL NO 0124-4080421 at Bharti Airtel office, SG-78, Galleria Market, DLF IV, gugaon. From 27 May08. To 03 July 08.

2.Receipt of safe cutody was signed by Executive Amit on the office stamp. The executive never mentioned that previous oustanding amount has to be cleared before applying for safe custody nor gave any Receipt No on the duplicte copy of the application held by me)

3.I have made payment of Rs 1, 013/-(one thousand and thirteen Rupees only) including late payment of Rs 50/- by SBI cheque No333207 dated 13 July08{ as per directions of Broad band executive after lodging a complaint (REF NO 8930232) } for the period 18Jun 08 To 16 July 08 for billno 468603810, inspite of placing the Tel on safe custody wef 27 May 08.

4.You are requested to investigate at your end and refund the excess amount paid to the undersigned

5.Photocpy of receipt is being sent by post
