Not able to browse for last seven days

I am able to login after giving my ID and password, but not able to browse any site since 14th of May. First bill of Rs. (-) 240 was sent to me in april but no second bill was received by me. I have contacted the Customer care regarding the bill and no-browsing but they were unable to provide me any complaint no. saying that they are unable to get any information in their system w.r.t. my ID.

Kindly see the technical/other problem in my case and resolve at the earliest.
