Sub: Change of plan & discrepancy in last bill of telephone No.28539052.

Sir,
I am using Telephone No.28539052 since June after my transfer to Delhi Station. I choose MTNL services hoping the best service provider in the capital. But contrary to my expectation, I found it miserable. I am making the complaint for one or other reason since its installation. Moreover, the complaint made in your customer services were not been replied / attended in a co-ordial way. Now, I am left with no other option but request you to give attention on the following grievances :-
1. The Internet get frequently disconnected with a minimum use but the bill appears very much on higher side. This can be seen from the details of uses.
2. I found one or other mistake in each bill. In a recent bill dated 09.02. the call dated 12.01.2009 appears a mistake. Refer copy enclosed for your ready reference.
3. I made a request for changing the plan from combo 250 to combo 599 in Jan. This was reminded several times on phone No.1504 and every time they said that your request had been forwarded to the concerned Deptt. Further, they conveyed to contact at Phone No.1500. I contacted over phone No.1500 two/ three times and they replied :-
“Come personally with request application to Sanchar Hut. Complaint can’t be taken over phone”.
The undersigned is working in a Public Sector Undertaking and it is very difficult to leave my service point. Moreover, if for every pity jobs relating to the telephone an individual has to come personally in Sanchar Hut then what is the sense of making request/ complaint in the Customer Care Cell.
However, if it is really necessary to come in Sanchar Hut personally, please convey me the time & date so that I can take leave to discuss with you.
