No power frm last night

I m really pissed off with the service of Bses. Last night the power cutt of haapen since 10:30 pm n the lineman came by 12pm to check it whereas when we call customer care they give us 45mins tat.after the lineman rectify the errror just after 10 mins the light again was not there. it happens 3 times. till now there is no light. If lineman are coming to rectify tell them to w8 for half n hr to see this prob. many of our residents who are old enough are geeting sick as it is too hot and there is no power at all. till now we are suffering from heat.kindly look into this as it is really becoming a problem
