Dear Sir, I hv applied for a new connection and the work was materialized only after 3 months after several follow-ups.
But the new meter wiring was wrongly done and the staff of BSES went back.
Regarding this a complaint letter to rectify the problem has been submitted to the BSES Delhi-Safdarjung Enclave office, and it's almost 8 days up, regulary visiting the office to rectify the problem, but the staff over there remains saying that "the work will be done today evening".
But till today no one turned up to resolve the issue. Regarding this i contacted the CC, where they don't have much information, kept on saying that "u only have to visit the SJE office " customer care has nothing to do with it.
This is for the concern to act promptly to resolve the issue.
