I am a BSES consumer, and resident at Rzt-173 A, Part1, Jain colony, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059.
From the last one week i am facing light fluctuation problem at my residence. Finally i called up at the BSES customer care number (011-39999707) on 22 August and filed a complaint against the same. The complaint number given to me was 2588. But till now no one has come up from the BSES team to check the issue. I am tired of calling again and again at the custmor care number. Firstly i have to wait, as usually every time the IVR says that all the executives are busy and they will attend you shortly. When my call is attended and i asked for the status of my complant, they have no answer for that. and every time they use to say that we are again reforwarding your complaint on priority basis. but no one is there to check the problem.
