Connection by illegal means & with the help of fake NOC

Sh. Sukhdev Singh, property owner of 37/1, Krishan kunj extn, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092. ON 18.06.2010 some officials came at his premises for installation of a new commercial meter (As per application No.123010050829 dated 11/may & new K No is 123036020884) which is in the name of Sh. sahdev singh, Mr. Sahdev is forcelly residing in a small jhuggi at GF. he has placed one electricity meter on GF and from domestic meter (K NO. 123036310200) he is using this meter for factory purpose at 7-8, Krishan Kunj Extn, Delhi-110092.thus, using missuse of electricity it is now, requested that please take stern action against the culprit who has taken the connection by illegal means & with the help of fake NOC, Requested discconect the above install meter immidiatly
