Suffering for new connection since two month (App.8000396497)

Hi,

I'm suresh kumar gupta resident of G-451/20 bhimsingh complex, Molarband Extn. Badarpur Delhi-44

Issue is that I have applied for new connection (App.8000396497) through helpline (39999707) at Ist floor since one or half month earlier but still no one coming for collecting documents and also not received any call regarding that.

sometimes I called to custcare to know about the status and they almost replied that we are giving the remarks for arrange the executive who collect your documents ASAP how rediculous the BSES service.

I'm not the single one who is suffering from your service there is many People who is facing the same Problem.

Request to you, must need to improve your Service on top Priority.

Pls find the below details and take action against them.
