Theft of power from the sub stations as well as the High mast Lights installed at the crossings

There is a sub staion near Retreat Apartments, 20, I.P. Extension, New Delhi 92. All thehawkers on this Mother Dairy Road Have been stealing power fron either the sub staions or from the high mast ligts. All this is happening with theassistance of the saff employed here as they do no want to acknowledge that this is happening with these people taking bribe from these very people and do not take any action even on thec complaint. This way electricity worth of Thousands of Rs. is being stolen causing losses to the exchequer. I have made efforts to stop this practice but these people do not want to take any action in this regard and this is going on un interrupted and many more hawkers are gradually started with this practice of stealing powe
