I am using internet connection since 1st september.
when i received first month bill for internet usage, i felt shock, because billing amount for excess download is 890 rupees.
i never download any movies and songs.enen though i got huge amout for excess usage.
kindly look into the details and do needful.
At the time of installation, i am not given password and ID to check usage details.
Kindly let me know how to check usage details
