Terrible service, no Technically sound response

Sometime in September 18th or 19th my DSL connection stopped working which was rectified by changing the port at the exchange but since then my connection drops intermittently, DSL light and IP light go down in modem SEVERAL SEVERAL times u wont belive me, due to some problem which the engineers at BSNL are not able to IDENTIFY but I'm not the only one facing the problem several cases similar like mine can be found at DSLreports.com n other sites related to connection breakage n SNR variations in DSL broadband, now it has been more than TWO months I have made several complaints, but in vain, When my dsl connection drops I loose my IP address for the session due to which I have to relogon on sites, loose Downloads, and online gaming sessions too as my IP address identifies me :((I have Dyanamic IP Home 500c plan since DEC 08 no problem earlier only since SEP after port change), Somebody help me out I am going nuts...

I complained to the DE (divisional Engg), JTO in person and on phone

and of course regular complaint line several times... I Like BSNL service but I have started hating BSNL wallas.
