From last 20 days, my BSNL, landline phone had got dead. Also i had booked the complaion for the same. AS per my knowledge, if your landline connection is dead sincel last 10 days, then you have not to pay the monthly rantel for the phone. Eventhough i got the bill of the Rs. 797/- for the latest one period. Please reverse the same & credit to the my acct. So i can pay the remaining amt.
Please do needful for the same.

As per our teletalk, held with you, i am submitting the below complain for the dead connection of my landline no. 25854317, since last 7 days.

Complain No. - 85270, dtd. 24/04/09, time :- 9:51 AM
Since last 7 days my above phone had dead. I also booked the complain for the same. I had also personnaly inform on the 25854949. but still i can't get the satisfactory result.
So try to resolve this case, ASAP & inform us via return mail for the progress.
