Pepsi/Mirinda
Selling of Expired product by the Local Shopkeepe

Sir,

i am regular user of pepsi products like 7up, pepsi cola and mirinda.

today i went to the ALPHA Store, Bhethal Health Care Center Complex, Block-Boreya Road, Vill. Arsande, P.O.:- Boreya, P.S.:-Kanke, Dist:-Ranchi, State:-Jharkhand, India, always i used to purchase 2litre bottle but it is not available today so i purchased a 600ml (Rs.22) bottle, we usually dont take care of looking at Manufacturing Date nor asked for the receipt voucher and they do not provide the receipt voucher (neither computerized nor any manual hand written receipt voucher)

when i used the product i find that it is expired, when i look for the Mfg. Date. i do not find any mfg. date on the bottle. it is erased from the bottle or i have doubt it may be a duplicate product.

when i complained the to the shopkeeper he starts querreling with me.

as i donot take the receipt voucher i am unable to take any action against him.

it is therefore requested that you must ban the sale of Expired items and must look after the sale of duplicate products through pepsi
