I APPLIED ON 05.02.2009 FOR CONNECTION OF BSNL FOR IPTV. I WAS TOLD THAT CONNECTION WILL BE EXTENDED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. I DISCONNECT THE CABLE CONNECTION ALREADY INSTALLED AT MY HOME AND WAITING PERIOD STARTED. I CONTACTED A NUMBER OF PEOPLE OVER TELEPHONE AND IN BSNL OFFICE. STRANGELY FOR THE LAST TWO SUNDAY IPTV ENGINEER PROMISED ME TO COME IN MORNING AND I REMAINED AT HOME FOR THE WHOLE SUNDAY, WASTED MY ONLY WEEK END ONLY TO HAVE CONNECTED WIRE WITHOUT SETUP BOX BEING PROVIDED TO ME. EVERY LATE EVENING WHEN I COME BACK HOME FROM EXHUSTED ROUTINE, I HAVE TO FACE THE MUSIC AT HOME AND THE BLUE COLOUR BRAND NEW WIRE ADD OIL IN MY BURNING HEART. I FEEL THAT BSNL AND THE AKASH AGENCY WHO HAVE BEEN EXTENDING IPTV CONNECTION IN CHANDIGARH SHOULD BE SUED IN THE COURT FOR THEIR CASUAL APPROACH.
