I am a BSNL customer and my Landline telephone number is 040-27059007. Today, the 14th of December'2011 I received the Telephone bill for]
the month of November'2011 where I found Rs.200 has been added towrds Games on Demand which I never asked to activate. Is it not a cheating
to a customer? Without demanding how BSNL add this amount?
Therefore, immediately unsubscribe the "Games on deman" against my telephone no. and refund the amount by adjusting in the next bill i.e. bill for
the month of December'2011. Also I request to stop this type of cheating in future.
